The emergence of the specialized library came from the 19th century. The industrial, technical, and scientific that have emerged since the early 19th century and the motivation for social progress resulting from business and industry have led to an increase in people's concern in a variety of sciences, which led organizations to create their own specialized library. These types of libraries are created in organizations or institutions to help employees provide them with the technical and specialized information they need.

The Pasargad Special Library is one of the specialized libraries in the field of conservation and restoration and archaeology. The library was established in 2003 and now has 1319 volumes of Persian books on conservation and restoration, archeology, history and geography, arts and architecture, 156 volumes of Latin books, 277 volumes of the Persian Magazine and 50 volumes of the Latin Magazine. In 2017, by equipping the library with the management software, the Pasargad Library was removed from the traditional way, and all books were cataloged, ranked and coded, and all bibliographic information of books and magazines and articles was cataloged through the software, in a way Principles can be retrieved better and faster for enthusiasts.

The library is ready to provide information and services to researchers and employees from 8 am to 2 pm on Saturdays to Wednesdays and 8 am to 1 pm on Saturdays.
